Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses in Canada only.
Shipping cost
Shipping is free and tracked on every order.
Processing and delivery times
- Processing: orders are prepared within 1 business day.
- Delivery: most orders arrive within 5 to 10 business days after shipping.
Delivery times are estimates and can be longer during holidays or due to carrier delays.
Tracking
Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow your parcel. Tracking can take a few days to show the first update.
Taxes and duties
The price you pay at checkout is the final price. You won't be asked to pay any extra fees on delivery.
Lost or late parcels
If your tracking hasn't updated for more than 7 days, or your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of ordering, contact us. We'll look into it and send a replacement or a full refund.
Wrong address
Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us right away. We can update it as long as the order hasn't shipped.
